Nursery School Policies
- School Closings generally coincide with
Colonial School District with the exception of some religious holidays
and in-service days.
- For Emergency School Closings—our number is
305 on KYW 1060 on AM radio. Messages regarding early dismissal or
closing for snow or other emergencies will also be placed on the
school answering machine.
- Please call the school office (610) 828-1461
if your child will be late or absent.
- Request for early dismissal of a child or
the pick up of a child by anyone other than a parent or normal carpool
driver should be made in writing.
- Children should not bring gum, candy, or toy
weapons to school. A security blanket or toy is certainly appropriate.
Books are always welcome!
- Play clothes with sneakers are normal
attire. Labeling coats, mittens, hats etc. is requested. Daily snack
is provided by the school, however, we encourage parent participation
at any time during the school year to offer special foods and treats.
- Birthdays or Un-birthdays may be celebrated during school hours. We ask that you make arrangements with your child's teacher well in advance & parents are most welcome to attend!
